Is it possible to change the order details or payment method after the order has been confirmed?

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to change the order details or payment method. Please double-check that your order details are correct before completing your purchase.

I haven't received an order completion email after placing my order.

If you are unable to receive the order completion email, the following may be the cause.

  • It is set as spam, rejected, etc.

You will need to set up service integration. Once you have completed the service integration setup, the acquired DC3 content will be reflected in your DC3 My Room.

Are there any fees when using DC3 My Room?

Registration and use of DC3 My Room is free of charge.

Can I show my DC3 My Room to other people?

In DC3 My Room, you can issue a URL for each room, which can then be shared with others on social media.

*Only the content owner can actually play the content.
